I have a chart in the Report Header b. (I want it to be the first thing seen in the report)
I have created a watermark which is just a text object in Report Header a.
In Report Header a, I have 'Underlay Following Sections' selected.
In the report explorer under report header, I show:
Report Header a with my text object.
Under Report header b I have the graph object.
There doesn't seem to be a way to make the text object 'move to front'
Any help, will be appreciated.
