Unable to Install new Software in Eclipse

Hello

As said in the Video Tutorial i tried installing the New Software in Eclipse using the link https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/kepler but its not fetching anything. on the Right bottom of Eclipse i can see the status bar stating " Fetching children of ... Eclipse: (2%) " and it remains on that only.

I have entered the proxy settings manually.

What should i do ?

did you set the proxy mode to manual as well. See the screenshot.

Thanks for the reply. I have done the proxy settings as per my proxy along with the authentication details. But still its not working.

Any other suggestion

Have you set the socks proxy, if yes remove it and try again. You may also have to restart eclipse to apply the changes.

If this does not help can you try to open eclipse kepler update site (it is listed in the dropdown)
