UI5 component not loading in BTP Trial – app-preview error

Hi Experts,
I am getting the below error for all applications in my BTP Trial account: "Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent #app-preview" Apps are not opening from Launchpad. Attaching the same for the reference.
Could you please help what could be the issue?
