trying to select data from DATA selection tab from value field, facing this issue

when trying to select data from DATA selection tab from value field, facing this issue i cant get the data can anyone sort out this problem

1. if i start the infopackage with out selection data selection tab , im getting the msg data was requested but in psa the status light with stay in yellow light in not getting the even single data , can any one help me to solve this issue past 3 days i'm struggle with this problem

seems you can't connect to the source system. Ask basis team to check/restore the connection.

they don't have any idea about this so only asking in community, they advaice me ask in community , anyone pls help me to sort out this issue

right click on the source system and do a check. what is the outcome?

im getting structure in bw ?

but data is not replicating that is the issue
