TREX System Migration....

Hi Gurus..

Is it possible to do sysytem copy for TREX System to migrate enitre TREX Content from one Server to another Server.

We used Netweaver -2004s-TREX Software

Hi Abhisheik,

you could possible use the TREX scripts for export and import of indexes for this purpose:

This would not be a system copy in the strict sense of the word since the TREX configuration will not be copied/backed up, but only the TREX indexes (TREX content) which may be sufficient for your purpose.

What will be the migration procedure for Trex System when source OS is HP UX and target is RHEL?

Backup and restore procedure will work in this case?
