Hi SAP Business workflow form users,
is it possible to track back the used workflow of an email?
If I check out transaction SOST/SCOT, I see several failed emails, triggered by an SAP workflow.
I know it should be a SAP workflow, because we are using an own SAP user account for all workflow related tasks.
Do I have a chance to find out the technical workflow name, who is responsible for the emails?
I check SOST and SCOT transaction and could not find the information there.
Thanks for your help and or ideas.
Best regards
Carlos Behlau

Not really. Your best chance is to use transaction SWI1 and use the date/time range to narrow it down and try to figure what workflow was responsible for sending the e-mail.
If you want you can activate SAPconnect trace permanently to get more details on what is causing the e-mails to be created.

I agree, SWI1 is the way to do it.
