Hello everyone!
I have a problem with import tpz files to XI 3.0
My case:
I have two XI servers ("work" and "backup"). Last week I exported all SC from "work" and imported it to "backup" via tpz-files. Then I сasually deleted some elements from some SC from "work"-server. I decided to restore this components by import tpz-files from "backup". Import dialog said that import was successfull, but no elements added to IR.
What could it be?
How can I restore deleted ("detele" change-list was activated) elements in IR ?
Thanks in advance!

If u remember the name of the deleted object, create a new object with the same name. Then go to menu for that object and check History. There u will find ur old object.

NV Seshagiri and Prateek Raj Srivastava - THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! You helped me solve problem with minimal efforts!
to Christophe PFERTZEL:
I checked almost everything about delete and check various options of SWC, but nothing of that helped. Decision was simple - to create empty components (with same names of deleted) and "roll-back" in history of component.
to Praveen Gujjeti:
Is SWC mean "Software component" in ID ? I can't delete Software component from ID, just namespace and it's components.

Hi,
Steps to Recover deleted Objects in IR
1) Create the objects with the same name and save
2) Open newly created Object and goto Datatype---History
3) Select the data type which u have in the list with Activity Created
4) And click on Open Version and click on close
5) Goto change mode and add some description and save
6) Now you will recover the deleted object
7) Activate it

Hi,
Since you have a backup, delete the SWC from WORK server and activate.
Then reimport the backup TPZ and check your objects.
Thanks

Dear Alex,
What was the log msg at the end of import (I think it tells how many objects have been processed) ? After that, are all cache notifs green in the builder) ?
I do not remember, but "work" is the original system for these objects (there is a flag in all swcv imported in the IB), so they may not be overwritten from another system, even if they comes from it
This flag can be unchecked I think
Chris
