Dears,

in the Service Selection I got Error ' The system URL is using a self-signed security certificate '
After inserting the System URL,
I have followed this:
https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_FIORI_tools/17d50220bcd848aa854c9c182d65b699/4b318bede7eb4021a8be385c4...

But the Issue not solved, I tried to restart VScode and Windows but nothing happened.
Any advice with this Problem,

Thanks,

Hi Mahmoud,

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the certificate. Can you please ensure that you have Node.JS installed in your local environment? This is needed to ensure that the environment variable NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS is correctly interpreted.

Also, please ensure this environment variable points to the downloaded certificate file (the directory where the file is stored is not sufficient).

Finally, please check in your browser if the certificate is accepted. If Chrome accepts the certificate after you have downloaded and installed it locally, then it should be usable in Fiori tools.

If this doesn't help, please contact us and we can try and help you with this case.

Regards,

Ian

if you have difficulty to apply the fix, I think you can try "Upload a Metadata Document"
