The Report Application Server failed

We are currently using “Crystal Reports Version 13.0.15.1840” with below software

. VS Studio 2013 ( C#)

. SQL Server 2012

. Entity Framework 6

Recently we are encountering Error as below.

Need your urgent help to resolve/advise on this issue

Do we need to apply any patches related to Crystel report version 13.0.15.1840?
