does anyone know in which tables the definition of a query is stored?

Hi dennis,

Go to se38 -> RSRQ_QUERYDEFINITION -> give the query tech name -> you will get complete details of the query

try the tcode RSRTQ , will give characteristics and key figures of a single query used details

but I need to change the definition of a query e.g. with the help a abap-program

The table where all of the queries and query elements (e.g. CKF, RKF, etc) are stored is RSZELTDIR. The key to this table is the 25 character generated id for the query or elements, along with the version (A = Active, M = Modified, D = Delivered).

Here are the element type definitions:

REP = Query

SOB = Filter

VAR = Variable

STR = Structure

SEL = Restricted Key Figure

CFK = Calculated Key Figure

FML = Formula
