Table that store action processing log details

Good morning ladies & gents

I need to know where the details (date and time) are being stored for a specific action "send to external service desk" and where it was "processed"

See below, where I can see the details under the assignment block "processing log"

or in GUI

Any idea where this date/time is stored?

Where can we find the details of the log(Message text), when processed via. batch job.
