T-Code to see Workflow Details

Hi All,

I s there any T-Code where we can see the Workflow details like what all workflows have triggered between two given dates,their statuses etc like we have for IDOCS in we02 and we05.

Hi Saket,

You can use the workflow event log to trace the events triggered in the given date range.

You can use the Tcode SWEL to view the event log and the tcode SWELS to turn on the trace.

SWI1 Selection report for workflows Utilities -> Work item selection

SWI2 Work item analysis Reporting -> Work item analysis

SWI3 Workflow outbox Runtime tools -> Workflow outbox

SWI4 Task analysis Reporting -> Task analysis

SWI5 Workload analysis Reporting -> Workload analysis

SWI2_FREQ - Work Items Per Task

SWI2_DEAD - Work Items With Monitored Deadlines

SWI2_DURA - Work Items By Processing Duration

Go to SWI1 t-code, give the dates and in the Task enter the Workflow template number or task number or leave it blank

.

Give the input for Status if you want to select only appropriate status of workflows.
