Synchronous timeout exceeded

Dear Sir,

Could you please help on below issue in the production.

Proxy to REST(PI 7.5)

Facing synchronous timeout exceeded when PI receives message from sender system SAP and getting error before executing operation mapping.Please find below message log.

Below error log from SXMB_MONI

<SAP:P2>Internal Server Error</SAP:P2>

<SAP:P4/>
