Sybase Licensing

Hi,

Currently, I am using Sybase ASE ver.15 on my existing server. Recently,I have bought a new server. I planned to Install Sybase ver.16 on the new server.

My question is, Do I need to buy a new Sybase ver.16 license OR can I just download it from my Sybase page. Because I heard that, you need to buy a new license to install it on a new server.
