SUM Roadmap Error

We are trying to upgrade from S/4HANA 2020 to S/4HANA 2023 and we have completed the SUM Preprocessing phase. However the SUM tool is giving an odd message, "The Roadmap step Preprocessing completed successfully. You can continue with Roadmap step Reset". 

Has anyone experienced this issue? If you can provide some guidance on how to diagnose this, that too will be useful. If pre-processing is successful then the next step should be Execution and not Reset.

Check the Preprocessing phase log, and follow the link in the preprocessing steps with different stages

if there is any error message share the log.
