Hi Experts,

I am updating Solman 7.1 to stack 10 with SUM and I have this error:

Checking of deployment queue completed with error. java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sap.sdm.repo.Sdu.getComponent() of an object loaded from local variable 'sdu'

Any clue?

Please follow SAP Note 1763605 - Error: "[ERROR CODE DPL.DCAPI.1033] ValidationException Reason: null" during SUM’s VALIDAT...

Can you paste the error log & check the smd node

Hi jorge,

Paste the validate-queue log. also open the processoverview.html and checked whether it is picking up components or not.
