Subscribing to Cloud Integration for Data Services

Hello,

We are planning to integrate SAP IBP with backend S4HANA (On-Prem) using CI-DS and looking for answers to the below queries -

1. Does CI-DS subscription come along with SAP IBP license?

2. If yes, would that subscription include everything that we need to develop on the application?

3. What are the initial steps to get started on procuring the CI-DS subscription?
