SU01/SU10 Documentation Tab

What is the purpose of this tab and what kind of information is supposed to be there?

Hi Eduardo,

In Documentation tab, you can enter the details which the screen prefers to. If in SU01, you can put users details i.e. when the user was created and all the other basic details about user.

In PFCG also you can find the same documentation tab. There also you can put the details of the roles i.e. on which date the role was created, on whose authority role was assigned, to whom all the particular roles are assigned etc.

Generally you can use the documentation tab for document purpose.

The section "Documentation" of user's settings is used to keep notes about a user or a user account, it's not used by any program or authorization check, but is useful to keep notes about the user account.

Field Description is usually unnecessary, redundant due to existence of  fields "function" and "department" in "address" section, but the field "Person responsible" is useful in big companies, and with "Documentation for User" you can specify the reason of the changes you made to the profile.

There is no documentation tab in either SU01 nor SU10 transactions.

Can you put a screenshot?
