SQL Error in the database when accessing table

Hi All

We are getting the following dump while running transaction VD59 with variant having customer material entries as more than 1600.

If we divide variants (customer material 1600 entries) into two it is working. What should be the permanent solution for this?

1. Have you check over all disk space in database files and log?

2. Could you share the SAP version & OS /DB details? if possible attach the full dump as text format.
