I don't have  any idea in sap workflow. please help me. how to solve this problem?

Some mails are not triggering while creating and Releasing PR from program  ZRSWUWFML2 in TST system.

This issue will exist for the following users in PRD :

NA – xxxxxx - CC 6120 - 683

NC – xxxxxxxxxxxxxx  - CC 2229 - 685

ND – xxxxxxxxxxx - CC 2224 - 686

Hello,

It's very difficult to suggest what could be wrong with a custom program. Its name suggests it is a copy of a program meant for sending emails, not releasing PRs!

Time to get a Workflow consultant involved.
