We want the security Guide with authorizations that impacted roles from SP 13 to SP19

Please check Help Portal SAP Solution Manager for SPS 19. Go to Implement -> Security and check the related guide. For your question about authorizations and roles, you may check the Secure Configuration Security Guide -> List of Roles Updated per SP.
