We are planning to Upgrade our solution manager system from SP 13 to SP19.

We want the security Guide with authorizations that impacted roles from SP 13 to SP19

would you please provide the security documentation to refer before we proceed to upgrade

Please check Help Portal SAP Solution Manager for SPS 19. Go to Implement -> Security and check the related guide. For your question about authorizations and roles, you may check the Secure Configuration Security Guide -> List of Roles Updated per SP.
