Solution Manager 7.2 - System recommendations tile not displaying

Dear Experts,

I have a very weird problems. When I launch transaction sm_workcenter and click the System Recommendations tile, I am getting this wicked error message:

I have tried runnig these 2 reports:

/UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE
/UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES

and cleaning the browser cache, nothing helped 😞

The ICF service /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell is active!

Other SAP notes or threads which I found are about GL and mention ICF services to be activated which are not present in a Solution Manager system. I checked and I wasn't able to find them. Please advise!
