Solution Documentation Changed at field is not updated

In Solution documentation in list view there is field "Last Changed at"- This field is not updated even we have changed and release documents. Any ideas?

Implement the following note with the latest version. No further setting has to be done. The issue in the list view or object list should be solved. 3396416 - 'Changed By' and 'Changed At' are not updated for External Elements
