Dear community,
We use the Solution Documentation function in SAP Solution Manager, among other things to store TDS,FDS and training documents. The training documents are now to be transferred to a new system and archived in Solution Manager.
It should therefore no longer be possible to edit them, but only read-only access should be allowed. As Solution Manager is currently configured, archiving of the documents is not possible. Does anyone have experience with archiving in the Solution Documentation or is this technically possible at all.
Alternatively we use the tool 'Open Text' for archiving in other SAP systems. Does anyone have experience here and know whether documents from the Solution Documentation can also be archived here?
