SNOTE tcode not accessible after implementing SAP Note 3093855

Hello SAP Experts,

I am currently preparing for an upgrade to SAP S/4HANA 2023  and working on the Simplification Item Check
System current information : SAP_BASIS 756 SP04

Issue Description

To implement SAP Note 2502552 (required for the Simplification Item Check), I first implemented its prerequisite SAP Note 3093855 via transaction SNOTE.

However, after implementing SAP Note 3093855, transaction SNOTE is no longer accessible with Syntax error in program "SAPLSCWE" -  Type "CWB_T_NOTE_DWLD_HTML_RESP" is unknown.

Questions

1. Are there any additional prerequisite notes or SP level requirements for this note?
2. What is the recommended way to recover or fix SNOTE in this situation?
3. Is there an alternative approach to proceed with the Simplification Item Check if SNOTE is not accessible?

Hello,

for your current sympton with snote check out 3432976 -> 3296107 -> manual prerequisites

furthermore to get snote 2502552  successfully implemented 

we needed to implement following snotes before:

2309538 (including manual todo after implementing)

3304656

after that we we are able to successfully implement snote 2502552

after that also necessary notes are 2399707 1668882 2758146 2745851

this should be also mentioned in conversion guide and its all dependent on your release and sps

btw your mentioned snote 3093855 is not mentioned in conversionguide or as prerequisite in 2502552
