how can I use the new solution Signavio Process Explorer?

Hallo,

at the moment you'll have 2 sources for SAP Bestpractices

1. https://rapid.sap.com/bp/
2. https://editor.signavio.com/p/hub/home

Number 1:

• SAP Bestpractice Explorer (BPex) will be disapear with 30.06.2023
• the contents shows here in HTML all informations about SAP Solutions in scope items/config guides, test scripts.
• the same structure you'll find in JSON in SAP Solutionmanager (mainly for on Prem SAP Solutions)
• sadly this is too complicated to maintain

Number 2:

• SAP Signavio process Explorer, will replace (BPex) to bring up the latest SAP Bestpractices in a new structure for all upcoming SAP Solutions
• this conents you can consume also in Cloud ALM (CALM)
• it is open for SAP Partner contents
• With your S-User it is free to look in.
• Because it is 1 month old - therefore no real documentation is available

• 7000 business process models
• Several capability maps for 20 business domains
• Value accelerators for 13 industries with more to come
• Metrics
• SAP best practice and product recommendations

Hello Mr. Winkler,

thank you for your quick response.

In fact, I have no S-User and I can't see the best practices in the Best Practice Explorer.

Also, in the collaboration hub is nothing new. I see only one example with Acme AG which was there anyway.

Is it possibly dependent on the license edition? We have the Enterprise Plus Edition.

Maybe we should contact our SAP-Consultant.

Hi Funda,

just to enhance Tobias answer. You can access it also via P-User (prospect).

Using the provided link and click on "Access it now" button on top left.

Within the SAP Signavio Process Explorer you follow the path "SAP Product Portfolio" -> "SAP S/4HANA" which leads you to the respective SAP S/4HANA Best Practices.
