SICF Services

Hi,

I am interested in calling SICF services from PI. I understand that this can be done from PI but cannot find any information on how this is done and maybe more specifically how I am to define the structures that the specific services require.

Can anyone please shed some light on how this is done? Do I simply define a flat xml structure?

Any documentation on this would be appreciated. (I have already gone through the help.sap pages)

Hi,

this blog:

/people/william.li/blog/2009/03/19/adapter-user-module-for-http-adapter

shows how to define a SCIF service (the same as http adapter that PI uses)

and you can use it as a template

then just use http adapter of PI to call this service and you're done

so this one blog is all you need
