SFAPI showing permission exception while quering User Entity

Hi Integrators,

As per the standard content of RCM SHL vendor integration, we are querying SFAPI User for details such as username and email address

I am getting below exception while querying SFAPI 'User' Entity, though all the RBPs roles assigned are up to the mark.

com.sap.it.rt.adapter.sfsf.wsclient.SfsfWsClientFaultException: Problem during invoking SuccessFactors Web service. SOAP faultCode ns2:Server, faultString SFAPI Domain Error!, errorCode NO_PERMISSIONS_EXCEPTION, errorMessage: Insufficient permissions!, cause: org.apache.cxf.binding.soap.SoapFault: SFAPI Domain Error!

Have consulted below KBAs and applied the fix, but no progress:
