SDM (Software Deployment Manager) GUI Tool is used to deploy and undeploy Software components .sca files on to the Portal J2EE server.......

Hi Prasad,

SDM (Software Deployment Manager) GUI tool is used to Deploy/Undeploy Business Packages, Portal Applications and other archives on the WAS J2EE Engine. You can deploy/undeploy multiple files using this tool at one go.

Hi,

Softwareware deployement manager will help us to deployee the .sca, .epa, .sda files to the J2EE engine, that is portal, you need to use this as part NWDS, to deployee the webdynpro application to the portal, we can use SDM externally that, we can open the SDm tool explicitly with SDM GUI and we can deployee the application,
