Hi Vinu,

Thanks for bringing the questions from the interview. It's always nice to know what is being asked around. Questions 2 and 3 are a bit explanatory so I enclosed the link on SAP Library.

1.

VBAK (for sales order document header)

VBAP (for sales order document item)

VBEP (for sales order schedule line)

2.

For consignment fill-up, we configure the standard sales order document type KB followed by the standard delivery LF.

For consignment pick-up, we configure the sales document KA (document category C, mandatory to an order type). Delivery type is LR.

For consignment issue, we configure the sales document KE (category C) and the delivery is LF. Billing type is F2 (delivery-related).

For consignment returns, the sales document is KR (category H, return document). Delivery type is LR. Billing type is RE.

For the terms, refer to http://help.sap.com/saphelp_470/helpdata/EN/4d/2b8f4c43ad11d189410000e829fbbd/frameset.htm

3.

Please refer to http://help.sap.com/saphelp_470/helpdata/EN/4d/2b91cb43ad11d189410000e829fbbd/frameset.htm

4.

That's straight-forward, just add an N in front of the document type:

Consignment fill-up: KBN

Consignment pick-up: KAN

Consignment issue: KEN

Consignment returns: KRN

That's it, hope some of this helps! Just noticed now: the original message is five years old. Better late than never!
