Screen recognition failure

Hello ,

I have captured Home page of success factors screen and i had given the criteria for the page. When i am testing via application tester page is not getting recognized. Bot is getting stopped at the home page and throwing error "waiting for home page to appear". Could anyone help us to resolve issue. Should Ihomepagecriteria.pngirpa-error.png need to add any criteria for page?

Hello ramyatambuganipalli ,

The bot is failing because it doesn't detect your Application.

Please double check your criteria for the Application (and not on the screen level as shown in your screenshot).

As a best practice, we recommend to use DOMAIN criteria for application, and URL (or part of it) for screen criteria.

I can also see that you have a login screen captured. If the DOMAIN of the login & home page are different, you should have two different captured application.
