Hi gurus,
I need to create a user to connect my sap back-end to scpi but I don't want it to expire. I then created a Technical Communication User from User Management and assigned it to my scpi tenant providing the ESBMessaging.send role. Unfortunatelly there's no way to make it work, when I call an application I get a 4xx http response error.
Am I doing something wrong?
Regards.
Cristian

Hello Chris,
As per my understanding these are the only 2 options where second one would be having option of non expiring user.
Option 1 [ SUSER/PUSER ]

Option 2 [ Custom IAS with your own user non expiring ]:

Hi Cristian,
Please send a mail to [email protected], they can create such a service user, the technical user created on launchpad cannot be used in this scenario.
Bes regards,
Antal

Hi Antal,
just wanted to give you an update. I contacted [email protected], then I was told to open an incident with the comp XX-SER-SAPSMP-USR but finally I wasn't able to have the user created. I went for a client certificate instead.
