irpa-error-20210112-forum.pngHi there,
I'm about to build up a workflow involving SAP Logon and Excel. Last time I worked on it, it was all fine. There might have been some logical errors and some things I still wanted to add, but the scenario could be executed and some use cases already worked perfectly.
Today, before starting to extend the scenario, again, I wanted to test the use case that I added last time working on the project. As last time, the scenario was able to be started, though since my last test SAP GUI Scripting was disabled on the server, so the workflow was not executed correctly. Not a big deal, I thought. I set serverside scripting to true and tried executing the scenario again. But since then I'm getting the error message in the picture below (GLOBAL.SYSTRAY1:'nameOfTheScenario' - Scenario 'nameOfTheScenario' could not be started). I tried to launch other simpler workflows from other projects that once have worked perfectly and also involved different applications, but still I'm facing the same error.
How do I get this error fixed? I'm thankful for any ideas 🙂
Best regards
Remo

Hi Gerardus,
are you using the trial version of iRPA? For me it worked like this: I just recreated my SAP Cloud Platform Trial Account (https://blogs.sap.com/2020/10/23/how-to-delete-and-recreate-your-sap-cloud-platform-trial-account/). Keep in mind that when you delete the Trial Account you will again have to set up everything that needs to be set up to get the Cloud Factory working (e.g. role collections and trust configuration). I'm still wondering why it worked like this, since I had extended my Trial Account for another 30 days and still had about 400 iRPA runs left. But whatever, it worked.
Cheers
Remo
Hi,
Can you try to rebuild the whole solution, and then test it again ?
Regards,
J.
