Scale-down HANA Cloud instance

Hi,

Is it possible to decrease the HANA Cloud size ? For instance scale-up and down between 4 and 7 vCPUs according to the charge of the week. In an autonomous manner or with a ticket ?

Do you know if SAP has planned to give freedom on the down-scaling ? The tickets approach goes against the full flexibility promoted. For example here :

According to SAP Help:

"You can only increase the storage size of an SAP HANA database instance. Decreasing the size of an instance is not supported."

Concerning Compute/vCPU:

"The number of vCPUs is allocated according to the size of memory of your instance."

On SAP Help page you will find a linke for an Service Request where you should be able to scale-down.
