Hi all,

i have defined the workflow for my user id .but when i try release the REQ or PO .im not getting any mails to my inbox ..

i compared the user parameters with my colliques for whcih they are getting mails to their inbox . i too have the same parameters waht they have...

Please help me ...

Hi Narayana,

Check out the workflow log through SWUI Transaction. I am sure you might have done some silly mistake Like Agent assignement or Activating of the agent

Hi,

Narayan you did not tell where you have aligned the mail triggering event, if it is immeniatly after triggering the PO event. Then you must have forgottten to bind the event with work flow. Which is done in transaction pftc or pftc_chg. Also check th properties tab of the container of the work flow. Give imort export enabled ( Check the check box ).

Hi Murthy,

check the agent assignment of the task definition. You can also find the task in SWI1 and check the assigned agents in run time.

Did you synchronize the buffers with SWU_OBUF after the last changes?
