Hi Team,
Currently we are trying finding ways to transition objects from Workflow Management to SBPA.
Few existing functionalities we are unable to do in SBPA, like
- Unable to access API's with technical Users (Service Instance) and Scopes are assigned respectively --> Same we are not available in SBPA.
- We have couple Admin/Monitoring applications, which does every day it checks for ERRORNOUS instances in System and sends a notification. In this application we requirement to read Context to send notification with details information. This also depends on API's technical users permissions.
Like above we have few more custom scenario's(Task draft, Task Priority Update, etc) depending on API's scope assigned to Technical User(Service Instance).
Please suggest how to handle these scenarios in SBPA.

Satya

Hi Satya,
all APIs documented at https://api.sap.com/api/SPA_Workflow_Runtime/overview should be accessible with the credentials you get from the service instance, according to the description at https://help.sap.com/docs/build-process-automation/sap-build-process-automation/determine-service-co...
Are there, in your experience, APIs that fail with permission errors when called with such credentials?
Note that the API documentation does not mention specific scopes, because there is no fine-granular scope concept yet in SAP Build Process Automation technical authentication support. The credential/token you receive should have permissions to call any documented APIs, though.
Best regards,
Tobias
