SAPUI5 modify model after loading from mockserver

Hi Expert,

I am going to implement a demo which will be use complex model based on an edmx file, and the file will be loading by sap/ui/core/util/MockServer, does it possible to change the model after mockserver.init, or there has a way to read all the entityset from the metadata.xml and re-build the model which will used the fields in different Entityset with key field related each other.
