SAPMMC - Cannot connect to ABAP Stack Message Server: The RPC server is unavailable

Hello experts,

Recently, I've been facing some issues with my Solution Manager 7.2 SP05 (ABAP/Java Dual Stack environment). Namely, after a series of updates, I can no longer see the status of my ABAP Stack Message server in SAPMMC. As you can see below, all other servers are up, running and recognized, but only "vhcala4hsmcs 1" seems to be unreachable:

I didn't find any error messages on dev_ms, so I proceeded to verify the processes running on this server, but everything seems fine:

The only weird thing I noticed is on my /etc/services file, since the port 3601/tcp is used three times. Still, I don't know if it's a problem and, if it is, I couldn't find out what I should do in order to solve it (the original /etc/services file is really huge, so I'll put the relevant registers here):

visinet-gui 3601/tcp # Visinet Gui [Jeff_Douglass]
visinet-gui 3601/udp # Visinet Gui [Jeff_Douglass]
.
.
.
sapms 3601/tcp
sapmsA4H	3601/tcp

Am I doing something wrong here? Any help with this scenario would be deeply appreciated!

Hi Sriram! Yes, we did change our hostname (also, I made sure to update it on my Windows' host file). Could this be the cause of this issue?
