SAPconnect Send Errors (Today) - CALM

Hello SAP,

we have configured CALM monitoring for SOST entries SAPconnect Send Errors (Today)  

We configured threshold for Metric and then we created our own Event, as standard event for SAPconnect monitoring does not exist in CALM.

We received email today that we have failed entries in SOST from 9:40-9:50.

Then there was failure at 12:04, but we did not received any email notification. 

What can be the problem ? Is there a way how to monitor SOST entries regularely, so that we know about all failed emails in SOST and not just per day?

Firstly, please refer to these 2 KBAs:

3398745 - Can custom Events be defined for missing metrics in the various SAP Cloud ALM Use Cases?

Once you created the custom event, you have to check what type of the threshold you specified to affected metric "SAPconnect Send Errors (Today)". For example: Numeric? If so, you have to check whether the total number of collected metric value exceed your defined threshold value or not. In another word, you need to check if the alert notification should be trigger at your mentioned timestamp. 

In case the alert should be generated, and you found it in Notification Management already, But the notification email not sent out. Kindly reply your customer case, I would like to remote access to your Cloud ALM tenant to check further. Thank you.
