SAP Web Analytics - authorization issue

Hi,

I am getting an authorization issue while creating spaces in SAP WebAnalytics. Can any of you face a similar issue? I followed the steps in the below link.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

With reference to your concern, I can see that the error message clearly indicates that you are supposed to create an admin role in your subaccount and log in to the SAP Web Analytics application. If you have already done so, please log out and log in back/ refresh the page.

Ensure that you have followed Step 5: Create a customer admin role in the first tutorial Set Up SAP Web Analytics.

To create a role,

1. Logon to SAP BTP trial cockpit.
2. Go to Subaccount
3. Go to Security->Role Collections -> Create New Role Collection --> Create new one
4. Click the newly created role and select Edit.
5. In the Roles section, select Add a Role.
6. In the Role Name list, select _Web Analytics Admin.

Seems like it requires deeper investigation. Please do the needful by opening the issue from your end. Here are the steps to follow.

1. Click on the Provide Feedback at RHS in this Tutorial https://developers.sap.com/mission.cp-web-analytics-get-started.html.
2. Choose to open an issue on the dialogue.
3. Share the following details:

• Your subaccount and global account details.
• SAP Web Analytics Application URL, you will get it upon clicking on Go to Application
• About information in the Application
• Attach the screenshot of an error message as well.
  This will help me to investigate further and I am happy to help you.
