SAP Vulnerability Issue

We have received a recent vulnerability in SAP appearing on the CERT-in site. Below is the screenshot of the same.

Requesting you to kindly confirm if this vulnerability is applicable for SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud Edition & share such SAP KBA/Note for references.

We have a new customer where RBI & Auditors have dropped a question which requires urgent resolution.

Currently, we are in Server Provisioning stage with the New Customer.

if you are using SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition then I would think that the responsibility for patching should be with SAP. Or are you installing SAP S/4HANA On-Premise?

Anyway I would suggest you get the security patch information directly from the source at https://support.sap.com/en/my-support/knowledge-base/security-notes-news.html.
