SAP UI5 controls

Hi,

I am new to SAP UI5. I want to understand the controls hierarchy. For eg. to create a form or a table or lists, what controls would come one after another? when to use aggregation and when to use controls?

I need to understand the control structure without refering the sample code. Is there a way or any documentation mentioned in the SDK to understand the concept?
