I'm trying to add custom CSS to a theme using SAP BTP Cloud Foundry UI Theme Designer via the Portal service.
Not sure why the custom "CSS" tab is missing, any ideas?

Dear Antonette,
with UI Theme Designer version 1.64 new permissions are required to publish custom themes and to edit custom CSS. See following KBA for reference:
