Hi Amol,
check out this SAP page, it contains a list of all SAP certified cloud providers as well:
http://www.sap.com/community/ebook/2012_Partner_Guide/partner-list.html
Additionally, allow me to point you to SAP Cloud Appliance Library. It allows the instant provisioning of SAP systems in the cloud - without the hassle of setting up any infrastructure, operating system, etc.

Hannes

Hi Amol,
I suggest you look into this document:
"Support for SAP Components in Virtual and Cloud Environments" here: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-8654 as starting point.
Today , Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the only public cloud provider (IaaS services) supported by SAP for running SAP Products.
I suggest you look then into the following SAP Notes:
Note 1380654 - SAP support in public cloud environments
Note 1656250 - SAP on AWS Support prerequisites
Note 1588667 - SAP on AWS Overview of related SAP Notes and Web-Links
Note 1656099 - SAP on AWS Supported SAP, DBOS and AWS EC2 products
In AWS web page you will find detailed info and best practices:
Here we can find links to:
Implementing SAP Solutions on AWS Guide
http://awsmedia.s3.amazonaws.com/sap_on_aws_implementation_guide_v2.1.pdf
SAP on AWS Operations Guide
http://awsmedia.s3.amazonaws.com/sap_on_aws_operations_guide-v1.5.pdf
I hope this helps.

Luis

Hi Luis,
please note, that AWS is the only IaaS provider that is certified. There are approvimately 50 others listed here: http://www.sap.com/community/ebook/2012_Partner_Guide/partner-list.html
Unfortunately, only for AWS there are SAP notes. The other ones are listed on the page above.

Hannes
Hi Hannes,
Thanks for sharing that list of certified hosting providers.
I understand that all these certified hosting providers are classical IT outsourcers and fall under the category of private cloud providers mentioned in doc:
http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-28742
and considered under SAP 1492000 General Support for Virtual Environments.
One remark, I understand that SAP Cloud Appliance Library currently supports use cases for business validation, test & demo, proof of concept, training and evaluation.
But not valid yet for Dev, QA or Production yet.
So probably it is not an alternative for the requirements in this thread about "Hosting Existing SAP system landscape in Cloud environment".
Is this correct ?
Regards,
Luis
