SAP System-based exam issues

Hi all,

Just wanted to pop around here and ask how everybody is doing on their new system-based exams?

In my situation, it's been all negative so far. From the exam structure to the support team, I wasn't able to get far and I'm really disappointed. 

I have attempted the C_S4EWM exam 3 times so far, each getting me a score of 0%, which I find it to be very unlikely as I've followed all their instructions. 

I've made numerous support tickets and each time I'm getting nowhere. They've credited back my attempts which suggests they are accepting there's something wrong with their new system. Other suggestions were to clear cache or use different browser which I did every time. 

I will leave some screenshots of one of the support tickets, please have your say as I don't really want to waste another 3 hours of my life on this....
