SAP Signavio Process Intelligence

Why is it that after successfully transferring data from ServiceNow to SAP Process Intelligence and successfully creating the table to use for analysis, the cycle time doesn't show up in my investigation discovery?

thanks for reaching out! My name is Ascha and I am part of the virtual Customer Success Team at SAP Signavio.

It looks like there may have been an issue with one of the ETL steps. Even though you have a green status, it could be that all the required data was not in the source system, that the transformation scripts were edited, or even that there is an issue with a standard script.
Either way, we would suggest a support case for further investigation. Please open a ticket via SAP for Me (Login with S-User ID and Password). Here is a step-by-step guideline on how to create a ticket.
