SAP Screen Simplification

Hi,

We are exploring the different options to simplify the SAP transactions to improve the productivity of end-users. 

Options like :

1. Configuration of screen elements by changing its attributes
2. Transaction & Screen variants
3. GuiXT

Any limitations on the above mentioned simplification methods?

Are there any additional options available to simplify SAP standard transactions? 

Are there any challenges during patch / version upgrades on simplified transactions?

You will want to know about SAP Persona's. SAP Persona's can be used to overhaul traditional ABAP screens.
