Hello
we're currently trying to connect a S/4HANA Cloud tenant to our Datasphere tenant.
We have followed the steps exactly as described here:
SAP Help Datasphere: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Connections
However when validating the connection, we get the following error message:
internal error: Cannot get remote source objects: Could not get tables, Code: 403, SQL State: HY000

We have tried the connection types "Cloud Data Integration" and "SAP S/4HANA Cloud", both result in the same error message.
There is a note for exactly this error message, but unfortunately it doesn't mention S/4HANA Cloud:
3202766 - Error getChildrenFailed for remote tables in SAP Datasphere
In the past, we had another S/4HANA Cloud tenant connected to our Datasphere tenant, without any problems.
But that old S/4HANA Cloud Tenant has since been shut down, so we're trying to establish the connection to the new tenant.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards
Nicolas
Request clarification before answering.
For people with the same problem: This seems to be a firewall problem between the DP Agent and the S/4HANA Cloud Tenant.
