Hello,
In the process of choosing SAP RS topology , MSA and WS are there any docs besides the manuals, that can provide some guidance on which of these architectures would be more advisable to use in terms of pros and cons?
Thank you

Two books (not documents) come to mind
1. Sybase 15.0 Replication Server Administration by Saroj Kapoor Bagai et al
2. The complete Sybase Replication Server QRG by Rob Verschoor
Both have some sections useful to help you decide WS or MSA.
At the most basic level of course is what is the used case scenario for your company requirements.
One copy of database versus multiple copies of database, stored procedure replication, ease of switch over, etc.
