SAP Notes not accessable

Hello everyone !

I have problem with accessing Notes published in the portal.

I have S-User ID given by the Super Admin of my company.

Do i need any other special authorization to be given separately from our Super Admin or

should I review qualification of our company itself? (Currently the ID is made as Partner Employee i guess)

I attach the warning i get whenever i try to access any notes.

It would be great if anyone could advice me to check any authorization or any step to follow !

Greetings sm.lee,

I see the KBA you are trying to access is already available for customers. My recommendation is to contact your SAP Account Manager/Executive. If you are unsure who your SAP Account Manager is, contact the Customer Interaction Center (CIC).

Hi Joseph,

I hope that one day SAP finds a way to show at least the old version of the note until the update is finished. Maybe with an indication that the note is being updated.
